LADC

Clients I Work With

As an LADC, I specialize in treating substance use, alcohol use, and gambling concerns, along with the co-occurring mental health challenges that often accompany them. I also work closely with partners and family members, offering guidance on how to support their loved one in a healthy and sustainable way.

Approach

If you are feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, or unsure how to break old patterns and it’s affecting your relationships or overall well-being, you’re not alone. You may feel stuck in cycles you want to change, weighed down by cravings or past choices, and unsure who you are without substances. You may have tried quitting on your own or relying on willpower, only to return to the same place. For the past 13 years, I’ve supported LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, and marginalized clients with compassionate, affirming, individualized care. If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, reach out here and I’ll respond within 24 hours

More About My Practice

Our work together focuses on understanding the role substances and behaviors have played in your life while building coping skills, self-awareness, and reconnection to your values. I offer a safe yet gently challenging space grounded in curiosity and compassion, integrating EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, MI, narrative therapy, and expressive arts to support your growth. I walk alongside clients in recovery collaboratively, treating everyone with fairness and respect, and helping them heal through the therapeutic relationship. I have extensive experience supporting family units of all types in navigating substance use/misuse and stressors related to addiction. I welcome clients ages 14 and up and look forward to meeting you!
