Clients I Work With

I work with individuals, parents, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or the people they love. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum changes, infertility, relationship strain, or family conflict. I also support children and adults struggling with ADHD, behavioral challenges, addiction, grief, depression, OCD, and stress that feels unmanageable. My goal is to help you develop practical coping skills while also addressing the deeper emotional patterns that keep you feeling trapped. Therapy with me is a collaborative, affirming space—especially for LGBTQ+ clients—where healing past wounds, strengthening relationships, and building confidence in your ability to cope and grow are central to our work together.

Approach

I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s individual needs. I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and I incorporate attachment theory to better understand how early relational experiences influence present-day relationships, emotional responses, and sense of self.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

If your anxiety feels constant, your body is always on edge, or panic seems to come out of nowhere-you're not broken or alone. I walk with my clients along the road less traveled on, will jump over the hurdles with you, and help you calculate how to get over the next one. My goal is to pull my clients above water, then teach them how to swim in the rough sea of life. I chose to become a counselor because I wanted to be the person I wish others had when life felt heavy. I believe everyone deserves a space to slow down, be present, find peace, and create meaningful change. If you’re looking for a counselor who will walk alongside you through life’s ups and downs, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
