Clients I Work With
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by grief or worn down from trying to stay strong, you’re in the right place. Many people come to me during tender, uncertain seasons — after losing someone they love, facing a new diagnosis, or moving through a major life transition. What they often share is that, here, they feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. This is a space where you can set down the pressure to be okay, soften into what’s real, and move at a pace that feels gentle for you. Change can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Approach
My approach is relational and somatic, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection—with yourself, with your body, and with another steady presence. I also draw from DBT to help you build practical skills for navigating intense emotions, and from family systems work to understand how your relationships and history shape what you’re carrying today.
Having experienced profound loss in my own life, I understand how disorienting and lonely these moments can feel. That lived experience helps me meet you with compassion, patience, and a deep respect for the pace your body and heart need.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
My work is shaped not only by my training, but by my lived experience. I’ve moved through major losses of my own—losing a parent, a sibling, and a grandparent—and I know how grief can rearrange a life from the inside out. I’ve walked through the uncertainty of cancer, navigated complicated family dynamics, and faced seasons of change that required rebuilding community and redefining what support looks like. Parenting has also been one of my greatest teachers, reminding me daily of the tenderness, resilience, and vulnerability that live side by side.
These experiences inform my belief that healing is not linear, and that people don’t need fixing—they need connection, compassion, and space to be fully human. They allow me to sit with others in their pain without rushing them, to honor the wisdom of the body, and to trust the slow, steady work of relationship.
More About My Practice
I offer one‑on‑one support, group spaces for shared healing, and intensive sessions for those wanting deeper, focused work. I’m trained in Brainspotting Phase I, which allows us to access and process what the body holds onto in a gentle, attuned way. All of my services are offered virtually, so you can show up from the comfort of your own home—wrapped in a blanket, with your tea, in a space that feels safe for you.
Whether you’re seeking steady support, community connection, or deeper somatic work, we’ll move together at a pace that honors your nervous system and your lived experience.
