Clients I Work With

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood instability, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally. I also support individuals experiencing grief, relationship stress, burnout, and difficulty regulating emotions. My practice is a good fit for people seeking thoughtful medication management combined with meaningful conversation—not just quick prescriptions. I value working with clients who want to better understand their mental health, build emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies for lasting stability and well-being.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I believe effective psychiatric care should go beyond simply prescribing medication. I take time to understand each client’s experiences, patterns, and goals so we can create a treatment plan that supports both symptom relief and long-term emotional stability. Medication can be an important tool, but it works best when combined with education, reflection, and practical strategies for daily life. I aim to help clients understand what is happening in their mind and body so they feel more empowered in their mental health journey. Sessions are conversational, supportive, and focused on building insight, resilience, and sustainable change over time.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Those experiences taught me the importance of humility, perseverance, and the impact that supportive relationships can have on personal growth. Before specializing in mental health, I spent many years working in intensive care units. That environment taught me how to remain steady and compassionate during some of the most difficult moments people face. I learned how to sit with individuals and families in emotionally heavy spaces while offering genuine support. I bring that same grounded presence into my
