Clients I Work With

I work with adults and couples seeking deeper connection, clarity, and fulfillment in their relationships and intimate lives. Many of my clients are navigating desire discrepancies, emotional disconnection, communication challenges, betrayal or trust repair, and life transitions that impact intimacy. I specialize in working with: Couples experiencing mismatched desire or intimacy concerns Women reconnecting with their sense of desire, pleasure, and identity Individuals and couples healing from betrayal or relational rupture Clients navigating neurodiversity within relationships High-functioning individuals who feel “stuck” despite insight My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware, and motivated for change—but may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.

Approach

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board-Certified Sex Therapist with over 15 years of experience. My work integrates relational science, sex therapy, and nervous system awareness to create meaningful, sustainable change. I move beyond surface-level strategies and focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist—and how to shift them. I draw from evidence-based approaches including: Attachment-focused and relational therapy Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Somatic and nervous-system-informed interventions Sex therapy frameworks for desire, arousal, and intimacy Sessions are collaborative, direct, and grounded. I aim to create a space that feels both safe and productive—where clients can explore difficult topics without shame, while also building practical tools for real-life change.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is informed not only by over 15 years of clinical experience, but also by a deep understanding of how complex, evolving, and nonlinear relationships and sexuality can be across the lifespan. I recognize that desire, identity, and connection are not fixed—they shift with stress, life transitions, parenthood, aging, and personal growth. This perspective allows me to meet clients without judgment or rigid expectations, and to support them in redefining what intimacy and fulfillment look like for them now. I approach this work with authenticity, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique story.
