Approach

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or simply wanting something more fulfilling, we work together to understand what’s getting in the way and move toward meaningful change. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and have extensive experience working with trauma and addiction recovery. I tailor therapy to each individual, honoring your pace, your strengths, and your goals. Healing doesn’t have to feel intimidating — it can be empowering, grounding, and even hopeful. No matter where you are in your journey, you deserve support, understanding, and a place where you feel truly seen and heard.

I believe healing happens in the context of safety, trust, and genuine connection. Every person has a story worth honoring, and I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each client’s lived experience. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy should be as unique as the person sitting in the room. My professional and lived experiences have shaped a deep understanding of trauma, addiction, grief, and the complexity of relationships. These experiences allow me to meet clients with empathy rather than judgment, and with the belief that meaningful change is possible, even when things feel overwhelming or stuck. I believe people are resilient, capable, and worthy of healing, no matter where they are starting from. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you in building the life you desire.
