I work with those needing help to manage anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, grief, codependency, people pleasing, trauma, perfectionism and general mental health concerns. I offer a client centered approach with collaborating with the client to identify best modalities to address needs such as CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused and ERP for OCD. My practice is solely online, and I use a HIPPA compliant platform being Zoom Workplace to hold my sessions across the states I am licensed in.
