My approach to therapy is integrative, practical, and grounded in both clinical science and real-world application. I work collaboratively with clients to understand not just what is happening, but why—and how to create meaningful, lasting change. I draw from established, evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and executive functioning coaching. Rather than applying techniques rigidly, I tailor the work to each individual—focusing on what is most effective for their goals, personality, and circumstances. Therapy is an active, collaborative process. I provide structure, feedback, and guidance, while also creating a space where you can think openly, reflect deeply, and develop a clearer sense of direction.
