I work with individuals who have experienced loss, grief, depression or anxiety. There are many times where we feel like we may not feel connected to others, not feel understood by family or friends, we no longer want to be sad or cry, we feel like we don't have more to give when we are experiencing a really hard time. This can be a time when a loved one passed away, end of a friendship/relationship, racing thoughts or feeling like it is hard to get out of bed every morning.
