STERLING FAMILY MEDICINE LLC

PMHNP-C, FNP-C

Clients I Work With

I work with individuals throughout the lifespan, struggling with life transitions and mood disorders.I also have a special interest in women’s mental health, including concerns related to hormonal changes, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.

Approach

My background in family medicine allows me to take an integrative, whole-person approach to care, with a strong understanding of the connection between physical health, hormonal changes, and mental well-being. This perspective allows me to thoughtfully evaluate how medical conditions, medications, and life stressors intersect with mental health symptoms.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

.I believe people do best when they feel truly seen, heard, and not judged. I strive to create a space where patients can show up as they are—whether overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of what they’re feeling. My approach blends thoughtful medication management with supportive, practical therapy, always tailored to the individual. With a background in primary care, I also pay close attention to how physical health and life stressors shape emotional wellbeing. I work with children (6+), adolescents, and adults, with a special focus on women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, PMDD, and perimenopause. Care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping you feel more like yourself again.
