Clients I Work With

You might feel torn between who you are and who you were expected to be. Maybe you’ve been in relationships where you felt unseen, controlled, or emotionally exhausted—but leaving feels complicated. You may struggle with guilt, people-pleasing, or fear of disappointing your family. I work with Indian and immigrant women navigating toxic or confusing relationships, trauma, and attachment wounds. I also support late-diagnosed autistic women who have spent years masking, overanalyzing, or feeling “too much” and “not enough.” Many of my clients are also drawn to spiritual practices, manifestation, and a deeper connection to themselves. Many of my clients are high-achieving on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck internally. If you’re ready to break cycles, trust yourself, and build healthier relationships while deepening your spiritual connection, you’re in the right place.

Approach

My approach is warm, direct, and insight-oriented. I won’t just sit back and nod—I actively help you understand your patterns, especially in relationships where you may feel stuck, confused, or pulled in different directions. In our work, we slow things down and bring mindful awareness to what’s happening beneath the surface—your emotional triggers, attachment wounds, and the parts of you that learned to survive through people-pleasing, overthinking, or masking. I integrate inner child work, parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness to help you feel more grounded and in control. Sessions with me are a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. Together, we focus on building self-trust, clarity, and healthier ways of relating—both to yourself and others.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is shaped by both my professional training and lived experience. Growing up within Indian cultural conditioning, I understand the pressure to meet expectations, prioritize others, and navigate guilt, family dynamics, and identity in a deeply personal way. I also bring a neurodivergent perspective as a late-diagnosed autistic woman. I understand what it’s like to mask, overanalyze, and feel deeply—while still trying to function in environments that may not fully understand you. I value honesty, self-trust, and creating a space where you don’t have to perform or fit into a mold. My goal is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, honoring your needs, and building a life that feels authentic to you.

More About My Practice

I offer individual therapy for adults seeking deeper, insight-oriented work around relationships, trauma, and identity. Sessions are held virtually, allowing for consistency and flexibility. In addition to ongoing therapy, I offer focused consultations for those looking to gain clarity on specific relationship dynamics or patterns. I may also offer small, process-oriented groups centered on healing from toxic relationships and building self-trust. My practice is best suited for clients who are ready to invest in meaningful change—those who are curious, reflective, and open to exploring deeper emotional patterns rather than seeking quick fixes.
