Clients I Work With

I love working with 1st, 1.5, and 2nd generation Asian American individuals, couples, queer/CNM/kinky folx, LGBTQIA+, multicultural relationships, therapy for high achievers, therapists, sex workers (current and former), ancestral & intergenerational trauma healing, healing codependency (setting boundaries, recovery from people-pleasing, coming home to yourself after losing yourself in relationships), dating, sex, and relationships (healing and deepening with your partner(s), friends, parents, siblings, family, work, and most importantly, with yourself), healing complex relational trauma, meaning, fulfillment, and purpose, major life transitions, and psychedelic integration therapy.

Approach

I have a warm, compassionate, interactive, holistic, trauma-informed, social justice-minded, and collaborative approach to therapy and coaching and have been supporting my cherished clients for over 20 years, virtually and in-person.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I have lived experience as a 2nd generation Asian American female, eldest daughter of immigrant parents from Hong Kong and Macau raised in the Midwest, survivor of childhood sexual abuse and adult sexual assault, middle-class, neurodivergent (ADHD), queer, able-bodied, retired Professional Dominatrix (ProDomme for 15 years, kink educator and founder of Transformational Domination utilizing BDSM ritual for healing purposes), writer (published author of two books including a children's book "The Little Girl, The Ocean, and The Moon", artist, divorcee, former stepparent of five children between the ages of 9-19, social justice advocate, and practicing Theravada Buddhist. I hold all of these identities equally, with great reverence and deep gratitude. In our work together, you will be seen, honored, and supported as all of who you are, as you have been, and as you will become.
