Jennifer able to serve children, teens, adults, couples and families. She enjoy working with clients who are ready to better understand their thoughts, sort out their feelings and place a name to their experiences. Clients who are ready to look at and improve the relationship they have with themselves and/or others are ones she is able to best serve. Jennifer is passionate about Men's mental health, clients who are looking to improve in the following areas: self worth, overcome people pleasing, codependency and learn how to create and implement effective boundaries. She am also able to offer faith based counseling and incorporate a spiritual component to clients upon request.
Approach
Jennifer encourages her clients to be vulnerable, honest and transparent in order for their to be change. Her approach and style consist on therapy being client centered. Although she is gentle and respectful, over time and once trust is established Jennifer enjoys challenging her clients to grow in a healthy way within the safe space. She enjoys using strength based approaches and motivational interviewing. Jennifer believe that by understanding your past we can better understand patterns of behaviors, to do this she prefers using narrative and solution focused therapy. Jennifer enjoys learning and teaching clients about their attachment styles and often use attachment theory in sessions.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
Jennifer and her team offers in person and virtual counseling in Bethlehem, PA. She believes that miracles happen quickly and healing takes time! Providing healing and breakthrough to others is her calling. For some, Jennifer serves as a bridge helping them to get connected to what and who is needed. For others, she serve as a lighthouse bringing encouragement, empowerment and hope to those who feel they are lost, broken and/or in the dark.

The core values at Fruitful Seeds are Community, Education and Faith. To uphold the vision and mission of our practice, we often participate in outreaches throughout the community offering FREE sessions to those who are unable to afford quality therapy but have an inability to pay. Because education is important to us, we supervise multiple Mental Health Graduate students and Pre Licensed Therapist. Finally, we truly believe that is it only by faith that we are able to do what we as well as we do it!
