Clients I Work With

I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults, as well as couples seeking to strengthen their connection. Whether you are navigating the hurdles of growing up, the pressures of adulthood, or the complexities of partnership, I provide a steady, non-judgmental space to heal. My practice focuses on helping clients break free from the grip of depression, anxiety, and chronic stress. I also have a deep commitment to those processing trauma, helping you move from a state of survival toward lasting stability. No matter the stage of life or the dynamic of your relationship, we will work together to dismantle the obstacles in your way and reclaim your peace.

Approach

I believe therapy is most effective when it is as grounded as it is compassionate. My approach is rooted in deep listening and radical empathy, ensuring you feel truly heard before we ever look for a solution. I don’t believe in "one-size-fits-all" fixes. I take the time to examine every angle of a presenting problem, looking at the full context of your life. My goal is to hold up a mirror to your inherent strengths, tying them back to your current challenges so you can see the tools you already possess. Together, we’ll untangle the complexities and build a path forward based on your unique resilience.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My journey to therapy wasn’t linear, but it has always been about service. I began my career as a firefighter, a role that taught me the value of presence in crisis. After an injury shifted my path into fire prevention, I spent years protecting the community from a different angle. These experiences, combined with a rich personal history, have shaped my deep empathy for the human condition. I’m driven by a simple goal: to see people walk free from the burdens that bind them. Whether you are navigating trauma or life transitions, I offer a grounded, real-world perspective to help you lighten the load.
