Clients I Work With
You are thoughtful, perceptive and you think and feel deeply. You’ve likely succeeded in many areas of life, yet something unsettled keeps tapping at the door. I’m especially drawn to working with people in significant transitions; when roles shift, identities evolve, or former meanings no longer hold. These seasons invite reflection on your life and purpose in a more honest way.
You don’t want clichés, spiritual bypassing, or ideological scripts. You want depth and clear thinking. You value both intellect and intuition and want space to examine your own mind without being told what to believe. If you’re ready to reconsider what matters, build meaning that fits now, and move toward steadier, lasting joy, we’ll likely work well together.
Approach
My clinical style is depth-oriented, relational, and steady. I work from attachment theory, trauma science, and contemplative practice, integrating parts work and meaning-making without losing practical traction. I listen for patterns beneath the presenting problem—how emotion, belief, memory, and relationship organize your experience in real time.
Sessions are collaborative and grounded. I offer containment without passivity, reflection without indulgence, and accountability without shame. I am comfortable with spiritual language, existential questions, and psychological complexity, but I do not impose frameworks. We clarify what is happening, regulate what feels overwhelming, and translate insight into lived change.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I value intellectual honesty, emotional courage, and the freedom to think clearly. My path has moved through contemplative practice, depth psychology, and long seasons of personal reinvention. I’ve built businesses, faced failure, rebuilt, and wrestled with meaning rather than bypassing it. That lived experience makes me steady in uncertainty and allergic to pretense.
I respect individuality and complexity. I don’t reduce people to diagnoses or ideologies. I believe growth requires both compassion and truth. I show up grounded, curious, and willing to examine difficult material without dramatizing it. My perspective is shaped by both disciplined practice and real life, not theory alone.
More About My Practice
In addition to individual sessions, I offer small, depth-oriented groups and clinical intensives for those wanting focused, immersive work. I provide consultation and supervision for therapists seeking to strengthen clinical neutrality, deepen trauma attunement, or integrate psychedelic-informed perspectives responsibly. Walking sessions and select in-person work are available locally, with telehealth offered for clients across approved states. I also host periodic workshops on mindfulness, integration, and relational skill-building. My practice is private-pay for KAP work, and I accept many insurances in the four states I am licensed. I look forward to meeting you.
