Clients I Work With
I work with adolescents and adults 13 years or older. For in person sessions, I see children, teens, and adults over 11 years old. I see people for a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, emotional disturbances/anger issues, and family conflict. I work with individuals and couples. Depending on circumstance, I may also see families. A majority of my clients have been impacted by the criminal justice system in some way (i.e. have been in prison, family members or friends of people in or previously in prison, etc.).
Approach
I use an attachment based, relational approach to counseling. Our sessions will be tailored to you as a client. While I do sometimes bring homework assignments and structure to our sessions when necessary, a majority of my sessions are more conversational. With my minor clients I often like to include games and activities to help facilitate conversation.

I offer in person sessions in Lubbock, Texas to persons 11 and older. I can see people 13 and older via Zoom throughout the state of Texas. My fees operate on a sliding scale that ranges from $40-$120 based on income and household size. I also take serveral insurances and can supply a superbill for those claiming out-of-network benefits.
