I help moms heal from trauma, mood disorders, addiction, and insomnia while navigating the ongoing demands of caregiving. My work is compassionate, relational, and grounded in progress, not perfection. In therapy, we focus on you as a whole person: your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body’s stress responses. Together, we build awareness of patterns that may have helped you survive difficult experiences but are no longer serving you. As awareness grows, we begin to shift those patterns with curiosity and care. Sessions are collaborative and intentionally paced. I integrate trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical tools to help you build resilience. Together, we’ll make space for your needs, your pain, and your healing, without judgment.
