Clients I Work With
I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, OCD, and major life transitions—particularly those who feel stuck despite prior therapy or medication. Many of my clients are high-functioning, thoughtful, and introspective, yet feel disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or searching for deeper meaning. I specialize in supporting individuals interested in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic preparation and integration, and interventional psychiatric care. I also work with first- and second-generation immigrants and others exploring identity, cultural complexity, and generational trauma. My clients are often seeking care that integrates neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and depth-oriented healing.
Approach
My approach is interventional, trauma-informed, and integrative. I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, and nervous-system-informed therapeutic support. Treatment may include targeted medication, structured preparation and integration, somatic and mindfulness-based practices, and collaborative meaning-making. I prioritize safety, pacing, and psychological containment, especially when working with expanded states of consciousness. My goal is not only symptom relief, but increased grounding, emotional resilience, clarity, and reconnection—helping clients translate insight into sustainable change.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe healing happens when people feel both seen and supported, not rushed or reduced to symptoms. Originally from Uzbekistan and fluent in English and Russian, my lived experience includes navigating immigration, cultural transition, and identity across systems and generations. This shapes my sensitivity to power, belonging, and unspoken emotional dynamics. I value autonomy, curiosity, and informed choice, and I am committed to ethical, trauma-aware psychedelic care. I support approaches that honor both scientific rigor and the human capacity for transformation, meaning, and connection.
