I use a person centered, relational, and psychodynamic approach to help uncover the roots of the issue and work collaboratively to guide my clients to a place of empowerment and alignment with their true selves. We will explore beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work to make micro changes that feel adaptable and sustainable.
