Clients I Work With

You might be someone who has been struggling for a while but never quite found the right support. Maybe anxiety keeps you up at night, your mood feels impossible to manage, or you're going through a season of life that feels heavier than you expected — postpartum changes, relationship stress, or just a deep sense that something is off. I work with adults, adolescents, women, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are ready to feel better but aren't sure where to start. Whether you're navigating depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, or substance use, you don't have to figure it out alone. You deserve care that sees all of you.

Approach

My approach is warm, gentle, and built around you. I believe healing happens best in a space where you feel truly heard — not rushed, not judged, just met where you are. I take a holistic view of mental health, which means I look at the whole picture: your biology, your story, your relationships, and your goals. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in medication management, but I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We work together to find what actually helps you thrive. Sessions feel collaborative — more like a conversation than a clinical appointment. I'll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and partner with you on a plan that fits your life. My goal is to empower you to understand yourself better and feel more in control of your wellbeing.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

As a Mexican-American woman in healthcare, I know what it feels like to navigate spaces where you don't always see yourself reflected. That experience shapes the way I show up for every client — with deep respect for your background, your culture, and your story. I also have a personal understanding of how mental health challenges can touch every area of life, which is why I approach this work with both compassion and humility. I don't just treat symptoms — I try to truly understand the person in front of me. I believe everyone deserves access to mental healthcare that feels safe, affirming, and empowering — regardless of where you come from. It is an honor to walk alongside clients through some of life's hardest moments, and I don't take that trust lightly.
