Clients I Work With
Supporting adults dealing with a wide array of concerns and those looking to improve their quality of life. I have extensive experience working with mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, burnout, communication and relationship concerns, trauma, perfectionism, and life transitions.
Approach
My therapeutic style is supportive, collaborative, and direct. I believe therapy works best when there is open, honest communication and when both therapist and client actively engage in the process. I provide thoughtful feedback and often incorporate in-session exercises so clients can practice new skills and begin creating meaningful change during our work together.
Our work will focus on identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, clarifying your goals and values, and developing practical strategies that support lasting change and improved quality of life. My approach is particularly helpful for individuals who are motivated for change and looking for both insight and actionable tools to navigate challenges, stress, high expectations, and complex life demands.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe meaningful change happens within a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. Therapy should be a space where individuals feel safe exploring their experiences and challenges without judgment, while also being supported and gently challenged to grow. I recognize that each person comes to therapy with unique life experiences, values, and perspectives that shape how they see themselves and the world. My goal is to approach each client with curiosity, respect, and openness. Therapy is not about “fixing” someone, but about gaining insight into patterns, clarifying what matters most, and building skills that support a healthier and more fulfilling life.
My perspective is shaped by having lived all over the wold, travel, and multicultural awareness. I value growth, learning, and helping clients build meaningful lives aligned with their values.
More About My Practice
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years of experience working across multiple levels of care, including Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and traditional Outpatient settings. My clinical training includes community mental health clinics, medical hospitals, specialized eating and mood disorder treatment centers, and group private practice. Over the course of my career, I have held both clinical and leadership roles and now provide Telehealth psychotherapy in my own private practice.
