Clients I Work With

You’re the one people rely on. You’re capable, responsible, and usually the strong one—but lately you feel overwhelmed inside. You may be carrying trauma, complicated grief, a cancer diagnosis, or the cumulative weight of chronic stress. On the outside you look composed; on the inside you feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck. You’re thoughtful and self-aware, and you want more than quick fixes. You’re looking for a steady, compassionate space to process what you’ve been through, make sense of your emotions, rebuild resilience, and move forward with clarity, strength, and self-trust.

Approach

Our work is collaborative, steady, and deeply attuned. I listen carefully—not just to your words, but to the patterns beneath them—helping you understand how past experiences shape your present reactions. My lens is trauma-informed and relational, grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe connection. Sessions feel thoughtful, warm, and focused. Alongside insight-oriented therapy, parts work, and mind–body approaches, I integrate EMDR to help your nervous system process and release stuck memories. You leave sessions feeling clearer, steadier, and more empowered in your daily life.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is shaped not only by training, but by lived experience. As both a caregiver and a patient, and as someone who has moved through trauma personally, I understand how disorienting it can feel when life changes overnight. I know what it’s like to sit in medical offices, to hold it together for others, and to quietly carry fear and grief. These experiences deepen my empathy and steady presence. I value honesty, resilience, and dignity, and I show up grounded, compassionate, and respectful of your strength. You won’t have to explain the invisible weight—you’ll be met with understanding. As a Jewish therapist, I also understand the impact of antisemitism—both overt and subtle—and the way it can shape identity, safety, and belonging. I hold space for cultural context, intergenerational trauma, and the complexities of being visibly or invisibly Jewish in today’s world.

More About My Practice

I offer individual therapy for adults who want steady, focused support as they work through trauma, grief, medical stress, or life transitions. I also provide adult mother–daughter sessions to help untangle long-standing patterns, improve communication, and rebuild connection with clarity and respect. For those seeking deeper, accelerated work, I offer intensives—extended sessions designed to process specific experiences and create meaningful movement in a shorter period of time. I also provide supervision and consultation for therapists seeking thoughtful, trauma-informed guidance. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can explore fit and answer your questions before beginning.
