Clients I Work With
I work with women going through perimenopause, PMDD and other hormonal issues as well as the usual suspects of anxiety, depression and making big life changes. I also support women who are Childfree by Choice.
Approach
I give very relational, best friend vibes. I use humor when appropriate and I swear with my clients. Clients usually appreciate my directness and pointing out to them how their actions are not getting them where they actually want to be.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I have lived abroad multiple times and traveled to many countries because I am passionate about learning from new cultures, people, religions, foods, music, languages, etc. Growing up, as a daughter of an immigrant dad, I had to ride the line between American culture and Greek culture and figure out how to be in the world with all the extra pressures of cultural influences. My intent is to always be curious and ask questions and be open minded, as this has served me well in understanding people and being truly empathetic. I do not subscribe to any religion and find myself more spiritual.
More About My Practice
I am putting together an interest list for women who have chosen to be Childfree by Choice. The goal is to create a process group for interested women to be able to connect with each other and support each other in their choices where others feel similarly and don't judge.
