Clients I Work With

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a wide range of life challenges. I have experience supporting individuals who are currently involved in, or have previously been involved in, the legal system, and I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space for growth and change. My clients often seek to better understand themselves, improve their mental health, and build healthier coping strategies. I aim to meet each person where they are, helping them develop insight, resilience, and practical skills to move forward with confidence and stability.

Approach

You may be navigating the effects of trauma, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, mood changes, or emotions that are difficult to regulate. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families impacted by trauma, attachment disruptions, legal involvement, divorce, and life transitions. You may notice patterns such as hypervigilance, disconnection, low self-worth, or challenges in relationships. These responses are often adaptive and rooted in past experiences. In a safe, supportive, and collaborative space, we will gently explore your experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and support healing so you can feel more grounded, secure, and connected in your life and relationships.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My approach is person-centered, culturally sensitive, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected, while also offering gentle, direct guidance when it’s helpful. Sessions with me are collaborative and paced in a way that feels safe for you, especially when working through trauma or difficult life experiences. I integrate practical tools, including CBT-based skills, to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and navigate challenges. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and supporting meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels right for you.
