I specialize in helping teens 16+ and adults navigate Borderline Personality Disorder or traits, trauma, ADHD, and Autism. Many of my clients experience emotions intensely, struggle with rejection sensitivity, masking, or relational instability, and feel frustrated that insight alone has not created change.
Approach
