Clients I Work With

You might look like you’re functioning on the outside—career, relationships, responsibilities—but inside you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. Maybe trauma, addiction, or relational wounds and anxious patterns keep showing up in subtle (or not-so-subtle) ways. You might struggle with shame, numbness, control, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from your body. Many of my clients want deeper connection—with themselves, their partners, their families—but don’t know how to access it without old defenses taking over. You don't have to do it alone. Healing often begins in the places we feel most stuck.

Approach

My approach is relational, experiential, and body-centered. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and EMDR to help you gently process trauma, regulate your nervous system, and build compassion for the parts of you that developed to survive.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My philosophy is rooted in authenticity, vulnerability, and connection—qualities that have been essential in my own recovery and in my work as a therapist. You deserve a space where you don’t have to perform, protect, or pretend. These values of mine stem from my own recovery from an Eating Disorder and my understanding and deep resonance with the work of building a relationship with the pain I experienced in my life and how it affects me in the present. My lived experience has shaped the way I work and attune to my clients, as well as hopefully humbles me in the room so that I can witness someone for who they are and where they are in life without judgment.

More About My Practice

My practice consists of myself and four wonderful trauma informed clinicians who are passionate, caring, and deeply rooted in this work due to their own lived experience and recovery process. My practice is centered on attunement and authenticity. We cannot take our clients where we haven't gone ourselves.
