Clients I Work With
You might be someone who looks like you have it together on the outside, but inside your mind never slows down. You replay conversations, overanalyze decisions, and worry you’re falling behind everyone else. Maybe you feel pressure to make the “right” choices about your career, relationships, or future, but the constant second-guessing leaves you feeling anxious and unsure of yourself.
Many of the people I work with are young adults and women who are tired of living in their own heads and want more clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. You deserve to feel grounded in your decisions, trust yourself, and move through life without the constant weight of self-doubt.
Therapy can be a place to sort through the noise, understand what’s really driving the anxiety, and start building a life that actually feels like yours.
Approach
Sessions with me are conversational, supportive, and focused on real-life change. We will talk about what’s actually happening in your day-to-day life—the thoughts that keep looping, the situations that leave you feeling overwhelmed, and the patterns that make it hard to trust yourself. I will help you slow things down, sort through the noise, and start seeing your experiences with more clarity and self-compassion.
Together we work on practical strategies to manage anxiety, quiet self-doubt, and respond differently to stress. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT-informed tools to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and with tools you can actually use in your everyday life.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend you have everything figured out. Life is complicated, and many of us were never taught how to navigate stress, boundaries, relationships, or the pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations.
My work is grounded in the belief that people deserve to feel heard, respected, and supported while they figure things out at their own pace. I value honesty, curiosity, and creating a space where you can talk openly about what you’re really experiencing without judgment.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who believes deeply in growth, self-reflection, and the idea that change is possible, even when things feel overwhelming.
More About My Practice
In addition to individual therapy, I provide clinical supervision for LMSWs in Texas who are working toward independent licensure. Supervision with me focuses on helping you grow in clinical confidence, develop your therapeutic voice, and navigate the real-world challenges of practice in a supportive and collaborative space.
I am also excited to begin offering workshops and therapy intensives focused on topics like anxiety, stress management, emotional regulation, and building confidence in decision-making. These offerings are designed to provide deeper skill-building and support for people who want focused time to work on specific challenges.
All therapy services are currently offered via telehealth, allowing me to work with clients across Texas.
