Clients I Work With
I work with high school students, college-aged individuals, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges and looking for support and growth. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, eating disorders, self-harm, relationship or peer challenges, and major life transitions. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping with difficult emotions and life situations.
Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s needs. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and actively involved in the process. I incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness strategies, and behavioral interventions to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and build practical coping skills. My goal is to help clients gain insight, increase emotional flexibility, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
