Clients I Work With

I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who are navigating seasons of transition, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or parents who are used to holding a great deal for others while quietly struggling themselves. I have particular expertise supporting women during the perinatal and postpartum period, individuals processing complex trauma or grief, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, and identity shifts that often accompany major life changes. My clients are often insightful and self-aware, yet feel stuck in patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, chronic stress, or burnout. They may appear “put together” on the outside while internally feeling unanchored, depleted, or unsure of their direction. Approach

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned to the complexity of each person’s experience. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as attachment-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral strategies, and somatic awareness to help clients understand both the emotional and physiological patterns shaping their lives. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, our work explores the deeper roots of anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, and relational patterns. Together, we slow down enough to make sense of what you’ve been carrying and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater clarity and steadiness. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and meaningful — a space where insight, compassion, and real change can coexist, helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater intention.
