About this provider

Clients I Work With

I work with clients ages 15+ including individuals and couples. I enjoy supporting individuals who are struggling with the lasting affects of traumas in their lives as well as anxiety. I have experience working with couples and individuals navigating relationship disconnect, grief, life transitions, and increases in symptoms of anxiety and depression. Please reach out if you would like to know more about my approach!

Approach

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real conversation. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and how to move forward. I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and experiential therapy.

More About My Practice

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to learn more about what you are looking to get out of therapy!

BEYOND THE LOCAL REFERRAL NETWORK | SERIES BY THERAPY EXPANDED

I could provide high-quality care online in a way that worked well for many of my clients.

As an online provider, I built my practice around the work I was most prepared and motivated to do, and clients could choose me for my specialization rather than simply my location.
