About this provider
Clients I Work With
Are you a couple trying to find more effective ways to communicate and repair? Do you struggle with finding a middle ground with so many differences keeping you apart? Are you an individual coping with grief or another type of loss or life change? Maybe you’ve lost a loved one, pet, or part of yourself and life just doesn’t feel the same anymore. Maybe you are needing support around perinatal mental health or starting a family. Maybe you are coping with midlife issues like aging parents, empty nest, divorce, health issues, or menopause that make you feel like you don’t know yourself anymore. Perhaps you’re just out of school or starting a career and trying to make sense of your purpose. I have the clinical training and lived experience to help.
Approach
My approach to therapy is warm and direct and integrates various modalities tailored to each client individually. I collaborate with my clients utilizing wisdom from narrative and solution-focused therapies, psychodynamic and attachment theories, and mindfulness and behavioral techniques - always maintaining a space of curiosity, non-judgement, and positive regard. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help guide you toward a meaningful and peaceful life and look forward to navigating this journey alongside you.
More About My Practice
I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space so you will feel less alone and gain clarity about how to live with more ease.
Helping sensitive people with a desire for personal growth is my passion. It may mean shifting an ineffective way of thinking. It may mean setting boundaries or learning to have care and compassion for yourself in a new way. In therapy, you will learn tools to cope and have the attention and support you need to understand, process, and regulate your emotions.
