The Transcending Pathway

LMFT

Clients I Work With

Our practice works with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges rooted in past experiences. Many of our clients have been in toxic or narcissistic relationships and are working to rebuild their sense of self, develop healthy boundaries, and restore self-trust. We integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and somatic practices to support deep healing—helping clients process unresolved trauma, understand their internal patterns, and reconnect with themselves. Our work is especially supportive for those new to inner work who want clear, grounded guidance to regulate their nervous system and create more aligned, empowered lives.

Approach

Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed care that honors both the mind and body in the healing process. We integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and somatic practices to help clients safely process trauma, regulate their nervous system, and build practical tools for everyday life. We focus on increasing self-awareness, understanding internal patterns, and strengthening the relationship clients have with themselves. Our work is collaborative, structured, and compassionate—offering clear guidance while creating space for deep emotional processing. We meet clients where they are and support them in creating meaningful, lasting change.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Our work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. We understand firsthand the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex relationship dynamics, including toxic and narcissistic patterns. This perspective allows us to meet clients with genuine empathy, not just clinical insight. We believe healing is possible when individuals feel seen, understood, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space. Our approach is rooted in authenticity, self-responsibility, and the belief that every person has the capacity to rebuild trust within themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.

More About My Practice

Our practice offers a safe, supportive space for individuals seeking healing and meaningful change. We take a trauma-informed, nervous system-based approach, blending evidence-based modalities with compassionate, individualized care. Each session is tailored to support both immediate regulation and long-term transformation. We prioritize creating a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their process. In addition to individual therapy, we offer workshops in breathwork and sound healing, as well as educational spaces for men and women to better understand pathological love relationships. We also provide mentorship for those in the healing field who are looking to deepen their skills, confidence, and impact.
