Clients I Work With

I work with twice-exceptional (2e) teens, young adults, and adults who are both gifted and neurodiverse. Many of my clients have ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, or struggle with executive functioning, while also being deeply thoughtful, creative, and driven. I also work with neurodiverse couples, including AuDHD relationships, who feel stuck in patterns of misunderstanding or disconnection. My clients often come in feeling frustrated or unseen. Together, we make sense of their experiences, build practical tools for regulation and focus, and create more ease, confidence, and connection in their lives and relationships.

Approach

My approach is insight-driven and practical. I help clients understand how their brain works, including patterns shaped by neurodiversity, early experiences, and learned coping strategies. I integrate parts work, attachment-based therapy, and practical skills to build both awareness and actionable change. Rather than pathologizing differences, I focus on helping clients work with their wiring. This includes developing emotional regulation, improving communication, and creating systems that support executive functioning. For couples, I translate differences so partners can move out of blame and into understanding. The goal is not just insight, but meaningful, sustainable change in how clients experience themselves and their relationships.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe that many high-functioning, neurodiverse individuals have learned to adapt to environments that do not fit them, often at the cost of burnout, anxiety, or disconnection. What is often labeled as dysfunction is frequently a mismatch between the individual and their environment. My work is grounded in the belief that insight alone is not enough. Real change happens when understanding is paired with practical shifts in behavior, systems, and relationships. I approach therapy with curiosity, respect, and a willingness to challenge unhelpful patterns. The goal is to help clients move toward a way of living that is more aligned, sustainable, and true to how they are wired.

More About My Practice

In addition to individual and couples therapy, I offer parent consultations, clinician consultation, and specialized support for neurodiverse relationships. I work with clients virtually and offer limited in-person sessions when appropriate. My practice is designed for high-functioning individuals and couples seeking a more nuanced, tailored approach. I focus on helping clients move beyond insight into practical, sustainable change. I also collaborate with schools, psychiatrists, and other providers when helpful to support continuity of care.
