You try to keep the peace, so you avoid conflict, put others first, & are stuck in a vicious cycle of bottling your emotions at the cost of internal peace. Only so much can be swept under the rug before it seeps out in other ways: Often anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. Together we will process the past to build a better future. By building coping and regulation skills, improving communication & boundary setting, and processing trauma & PTSD in a compassionate space, we’ll create the change you’ve been wanting.
