About this provider
Clients I Work With
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Many of my clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD or executive-functioning difficulties, life transitions, relationship concerns, or questions involving identity, purpose, and personal growth. I also work with college students, young adults, athletes, executives, and other professionals seeking improved resilience, focus, confidence, and performance under pressure.
My clients are often thoughtful, motivated, and looking to better understand themselves and find greater purpose as they make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but privately struggling with stress, self-doubt, or feeling stuck.
I frequently work with those who are driven and capable, yet find themselves dealing with burnout, perfectionism, or difficulty sustaining focus and momentum. These individuals often want not just symptom relief, but a deeper understanding of how to perform—and live—at their best.
Approach
My approach to therapy is integrative, practical, and grounded in both clinical science and real-world application. I work collaboratively with clients to understand not only what they are experiencing, but also the patterns, influences, and underlying factors that may be contributing to it. From there, we focus on developing greater insight, improving day-to-day functioning, and creating meaningful, deep, sustainable change.
The focus, pace, and structure of therapy are shaped by each client’s goals, personality, strengths, challenges, and life circumstances. Some clients benefit from a highly structured and solution-focused approach, while others need more space for reflection, exploration, and deeper emotional work. Often, the most effective therapy combines both.
The goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their ability to navigate challenges, and make choices that are more deliberate, effective, and aligned with the life they want to build.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I am a father, a partner, and someone who understands that life can be complex, demanding, and at times deeply challenging. My perspective is shaped not only by professional training, but also by lived experience, navigating relationships, responsibilities, uncertainty, setbacks, and personal growth.
I have worked with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds, professions, cultures, and stages of life. These experiences have reinforced my belief that there is no single path to change and no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
I value honesty, personal responsibility, curiosity, and compassion. I believe people are often more capable and resilient than they realize, particularly when they have the opportunity to understand themselves more clearly and approach challenges with support and practical tools.
I bring openness, perspective, and respect for each person’s values, experiences, and goals, recognizing both the difficulties people face and their capacity to build a more meaningful, effective, and fulfilling life.
More About My Practice
I also provide psychological and neuropsychological testing for ADHD, Autism, accommodations, self-improvement, fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, and many other reasons.
