Approach

My practice style is one of high collaboration. I do not dictate care, or force treatment decisions. My role is to provide you with detailed treatment options so you can feel empowered to make the best informed decision for you. I also believe very strongly in a holistic approach, as true wellness is achieved through many different approaches. If this is an approach you are interested in, I am happy to work with you on complementary approaches.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I have worked my entire adult life caring for individuals with mental health issues. I have worked on inpatient, outpatient and emergency rooms settings. I am passionate about helping people improve the quality of their lives and experience the full richness that life has to offer. I will never judge or patronize you, and I promise not to speak in psychobabble when we meet. If you are looking for a prescriber with an easy, relatable approach who is truly interested in helping you, please reach out.

More About My Practice

I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation so you can get to know me and understand more fully how I practice. I offer Telehealth services only. Intake appointments are one hour. Follow up appointments are 30 minutes.
