Clients I Work With

I specialize in working with neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism) and LGBTQ+ youth and their families. My approach isn’t about compliance; it’s about connection. Whether we are navigating identity development or shifting difficult family patterns, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where your child feels celebrated and you feel empowered as a parent.

Approach

I help neurodivergent and LGBTQIA youth navigate identity and burnout while supporting parents through family power struggles. Our plan focuses on connection, not 'fixing.' Using ACT and therapeutic gaming, we'll build real-world skills through play and engaging conversation. You can expect clearer boundaries, stronger family bonds, and the deep relief of finally being witnessed and understood.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Does it feel like you’re constantly navigating a world that wasn't built for you or your family? Maybe you’re exhausted by daily power struggles, overwhelmed by school meetings, or simply wishing for a roadmap that honors your child’s unique way of being. In an ableist world, it’s easy to feel like you or your child need to be "fixed"—but I believe you just need to be seen, supported, and given the right tools to thrive. Exhausted from 'holding it all together'? I see you. You deserve a space where you are truly understood, not just evaluated. Whether navigating neurodivergence, identity, or burnout, I’m here to help you find your footing. Our work is evidence-backed but feels like a warm conversation. You aren't alone in this. Let's connect for a free consultation.
