About this provider
Clients I Work With
I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who look like they have it together, butttt internally feel anxious, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are high-functioning and capable, yet caught in overthinking, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer fit who they’re becoming.
You might find yourself constantly in your head, questioning your decisions, or feeling like you “should” be fine, but aren’t. I support people navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and relationship patterns they’re ready to understand and change at a deeper level.
My clients are curious, reflective, and willing to be honest with themselves; not looking for quick fixes, but for clarity, alignment, and meaningful change that lasts.
Approach
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity. Sessions with me feel like a space where you can slow down, untangle what’s going on beneath the surface, and make sense of patterns that may feel automatic or confusing.
I won’t just listen, I’ll gently challenge you, ask meaningful questions, and help you notice what’s keeping you stuck, while also meeting you with warmth and respect. We move at your pace, but with intention.
I draw from mindfulness, attachment-based, and insight-oriented approaches, translating them into practical, real-life awareness you can actually use outside of session.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe meaningful change starts with honesty, self-awareness, and compassion, not perfection. My work is grounded in the idea that our patterns make sense in context, even when they no longer serve us.
I know what it’s like to move through periods of grief, uncertainty, and feeling disconnected from yourself, and how disorienting that can be. I also bring a personal understanding of ADHD, including the challenges of overwhelm, overthinking, and navigating a world that doesn’t always match how your mind works.
I value depth, curiosity, and authenticity, and I show up as a real person in the room; thoughtful, respectful, and engaged. I don’t see therapy as fixing you, but as helping you understand yourself more fully and move through life with greater clarity and intention.
More About My Practice
I offer individual therapy for adults via telehealth. My practice is private-pay, which allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and a more personalized pace of work.
In addition to ongoing therapy, I may offer longer or more focused sessions for clients who want to dive deeper into a specific issue or period of transition.
I’m happy to provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement if your insurance plan offers those benefits.
If you’re unsure whether we’d be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out, we can briefly connect and get a sense of whether working together feels aligned.
