Clients I Work With

I work with individuals, couples, and relationship systems navigating trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, burnout, life transitions, and complex relational dynamics. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships, and those seeking affirming, culturally responsive care. Many of the clients I see are high-functioning yet overwhelmed, feeling stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, attachment wounds, or systemic stress. I also work with therapists and helping professionals managing compassion fatigue, boundary challenges, and career transitions. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, creating space for clients to build clarity, resilience, and more sustainable ways of relating to themselves and others.

Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in a systemic understanding of how relationships, identity, and lived experiences shape wellbeing. I work from a strengths-based perspective, helping clients make sense of patterns, regulate overwhelming emotions, and build more intentional ways of relating to themselves and others. Therapy with me is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about creating space for insight, self-compassion, and meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based practices with relational and culturally responsive care, tailoring treatment to each client’s goals and pace. Together, we focus on increasing clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth in both individual wellbeing and relational health.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is shaped by the belief that healing happens in safe, affirming relationships where people are seen in the full context of their identities, histories, and communities. I have extensive experience supporting clients navigating trauma, dissociation, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and systemic stress. I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships, and helping professionals experiencing burnout. I approach therapy with humility, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. My goal is to create a space where clients can move toward greater self-understanding, empowerment, and more sustainable ways of living and relating.

More About My Practice

My practice offers individual, relationship, and system-focused therapy through both telehealth and in-person sessions. I provide affirming care for diverse relationship structures, identities, and life experiences. In addition to therapy, I offer clinical consultation and supervision for therapists seeking support in working with trauma, dissociation, LGBTQIA+ clients, and consensual non-monogamy. I may also offer therapy intensives or skills-focused sessions when appropriate to help clients build momentum in treatment. My goal is to create flexible, responsive care that meets clients where they are, while supporting meaningful and sustainable change.
