Clients I Work With

You're the person everyone calls when things fall apart. You anticipate problems, smooth over conflicts, and make everything look effortless. You're brilliant at reading rooms and managing other people's emotions. On paper, your life looks great. Inside, you're exhausted. The anxiety won't quit. You overthink every decision, say yes when you mean no, and intellectualize problems that need to be felt. You're the one everyone relies on, but you have no idea how to ask for help. Maybe you're the family's shock absorber – the easy child who learned your worth came from being helpful. Or you're supporting struggling adult children while losing yourself. Either way, you've built your identity around being competent, and it's exhausting. You know something has to change. You're ready to understand how you got here and what comes next.

Approach

I focus on healing at the root, not managing symptoms. We explore how you became the person who holds everything together, then work on boundaries that stick, asking for help without feeling weak, and reclaiming your energy. Our sessions feel like honest conversations – no therapy-speak, just real talk about unlearning patterns that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck. I use Coherence Therapy and parts work to address root causes, plus somatic approaches because your body holds wisdom your overthinking mind can't access. You'll leave equipped with practical skills and understanding the "why" behind your exhaustion so you can actually change.

I spent decades over-functioning, abandoning my own needs when someone I loved was struggling, and racing ahead to clear paths for others. I've done the hard work of unlearning those patterns, and I'm still doing it. My own kids are in their 20s, and I'm navigating being more involved than I ever imagined while working to create space for myself in my own life. I bring both clinical expertise and the wisdom that comes from the School of Hard Knocks. I know what it's like to be the pillar everyone leans on while wondering when it gets to be your turn. That lived experience shapes everything about how I show up – with authenticity, without judgment, and with genuine understanding of how exhausting this r
