Clients I Work With

I enjoy working with adults 25+ who struggle with feelings of isolation and being different from those around them due to learning disabilities, neurodivergent communication styles, or simply because they are introverted, sensitive, and quiet.

Approach

My work focuses on relational trauma and attachment wounds. If you grew up in a home where there was abuse, addiction, and violence, I am here to help you discover your strengths and resilience using effective, evidence-based techniques. I use an eclectic approach that is embodied and experiential utilizing sociometry and psychodrama techniques, spectrograms, locograms, floor checks, timelines, and the social atom for people to experience their feelings through role play and group exercises. This type of work may be helpful for those who’ve experienced peer bullying, patterns of unhealthy romantic relationships, professional setbacks “not a team player”, or family conflict that results in low contact or estrangement.
