Clients I Work With

If you’re feeling stuck in your relationship, questioning whether to stay or leave, or already navigating the challenges of divorce, you’re not alone. I work with individuals and couples who are trying to make sense of their next steps, whether that means repairing a marriage, separating thoughtfully, or learning how to co-parent in a healthier way. You may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted, and unsure who to trust or what to do next. Together, we create clarity so you can move forward with greater confidence, less conflict, and a stronger sense of direction for yourself and your family.

Approach

Sessions with me are warm, supportive, and focused on helping you feel truly understood while also making real progress. I create a non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s happening, while we work together to find practical ways forward. My approach blends insight and action. I help you understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also giving you concrete tools you can use right away. Using a mix of cognitive behavioral strategies and deeper, insight-oriented work, I guide you toward clearer thinking, better communication, and more grounded decision-making.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to this work. With over 20 years of experience as a therapist and parenting expert, I’ve supported many individuals and families through the complexities of marriage, divorce, and co-parenting. I believe divorce doesn’t have to be destructive. With the right support, it can be a more thoughtful, respectful transition. I value honesty, compassion, and practical guidance, and I show up as a steady, grounded presence during what can feel like an overwhelming time. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, more at peace, and more confident in the path you’re choosing.

More About My Practice

I also offer a group program - Thriving Through Divorce - for people to have support as they go through divorce.
