With over 20 years of experience in trauma-informed, depth-focused therapy, I help people move from simply managing symptoms to experiencing genuine healing. I use evidence-based modalities, including person-centered psychodynamic therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)—a proven trauma therapy that helps your brain process what it hasn't been able to let go of—and a somatic lens,, focused on healing the mind/body connection.

My own personal journey of healing has informed my practice. I am a person in recovery and have also worked to heal my own trauma. I believe in the practices I use because I have seen them work, not only for myself, but for my clients as well.
