Clients I Work With
I specialize in working with human beings: My clients range in age from 20s to 80s. Some have diagnoses (anxiety, depression, adhd, trauma, etc), others are just looking for a little support during a challenging time.
Approach
My work is client-centered. Whatever you are experiencing, I will be in your corner. I have a lot of knowledge and insight about the way people’s minds tend to work—and at the same time, you are the only true expert in what you are experiencing.
I work hand in hand with you to make the change you want so you can live the way you want to live.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
Before becoming a therapist, I practiced law for 25 years. Roughly half of my clients are lawyers, judges, and litigants.
