Approach
I create a non-judgemental, safe space to explore the deep root of current symptoms. I with from a trauma and attachment lens and use EMDR and am IFS-informed. I'll help you get to the root of what's going on and move into your Self in order to heal and move forward.

I'm a late-diagnosed autistic person in the Queer community who is open to all spirituality (or none). I've been in practice for approximately 14 years and love walking alongside my clients as they heal.
