Clients I Work With
I work with clients of all ages, and specialize at working with teens and young adults. I regularly work with folks with Autism/ASD, Social Anxiety, General Anxiety, Phobias, OCD and Depression. I also have experience working with folks who are Twice-Exceptional/2E.
Approach
I am warm, direct and practical in my approach to work with clients of all ages. I use techniques from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Exposure-Response Prevention, as well as research-based parenting curriculums.
More About My Practice
I also offer clinical supervision to new-to-practice therapists. I greatly enjoy mentoring supervisees, helping to broaden the number of providers offering evidence-based therapy for children, teens, parents and adults. I am warm, direct and practical in my approach to supervision.
