Clients I Work With

Whether you’re a teen frozen by OCD or emetophobia, a parent navigating the neurodiversity and 2e spectrum, or a new mother battling relentless intrusive thoughts, I provide the active, evidence-based tools you need to move forward. I specialize in the "complex" stuff that standard talk therapy often misses. I'm Gabrielle Gross, LCSW, LCSW-C. I don't just sit across from you and ask how you feel. Using ERP, CBT, DBT and a neurodiversity-affirming lens, we build bravery muscles together.

Approach

Growth isn't linear. Your care shouldn't be either. I know that good therapy isn’t just about practitioner adherence to evidence-based practices; it’s also about a genuine human connection grounded in empathy, innovative and collaborative problem solving, and a belief in your limitless potential. I believe therapy should recognize that each person’s neurotype shapes their identity, strengths, and challenges. Rather than attempting to “fix” differences, my approach affirms them – building skills while honoring individuality.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

With lived experience in the TTI, I understand the courage it takes to reclaim agency and heal. I’ve learned lot about perseverance through challenges, despite naysayers, and the courage to pursue one’s own definition of happiness. I actualized my dream to perform as a professional ballet dancer. This is the level of determination I bring to my clients.

More About My Practice

Individualized care is better care: We offer a variety of services to address different kinds of therapeutic goals, with clinical expertise in both general wellness and specialized areas of focus. Evidence-based practice makes a difference: Investing time and energy in research-backed practices can align your efforts with methods that are most helpful. Progress happens where life happens: We’ve moved beyond the traditional office space because for many clients, providing support in their everyday environment is not only more convenient, it also offers a unique advantage. By offering telehealth services across New Jersey and Maryland and in-home services in select New Jersey areas, we can do more than processing and skill exploration; we can directly address the environment where challenges arise and practice coping in real time.
