I specialize in supportive work with individuals experiencing critical mental health concerns, PTSD, life stressors, and substance use challenges, including co-occurring disorders and high-risk behaviors. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can address what’s happening right now while building skills for long-term stability and growth. I practice from a trauma-informed lens and thoughtfully consider cultural identity, systemic stressors, and lived experience in our work together. I am committed to affirming care that supports body positivity self-acceptance, and empowered personal narratives.

My approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and grounded in respect — focused on helping you move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Throughout my 8 years of experience I've been able to showcase my passion through specialized care, my own lived experiences, and direct work with ages 13 & beyond! I am licensed in WI for both therapy & substance use counseling!

I closely align with LGBTQIA+/non-traditional family structures. I emphasize with veterans, criminal justice impacted individuals, and cultural/socioeconomic factors that compact stress and trauma.

I am considered in-network for many private insurers in Madison, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, & BadgerCare. I can also provide a superbill for out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions, I am happy to work with you to keep my services affordable.
