Clients I Work With
Burnt out adolescents and adults who understand and recognize their patterns but have trouble changing. I work with clients who have tried talk therapy and still feel stuck. I specialize in somatic therapy including brainspotting, EMDR, and deep brain reorienting. I work with trauma, burnout, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, overstressed and overworked moms, substance use, and high functioning adults.
Approach
I integrate somatic modalities into all my sessions. I work with nontraditional therapy hours which start at 90 minutes and can go up to 10 hours or more to really get into the deep nervous system healing. I believe that every client needs a different approach to access and create safety for their nervous system so no cookie cutter approaches here, just attunment and meeting you where you are.

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgemental, open, real, raw space in all my counseling sessions. I believe in approaches that work to allow your body and nervous system to let go of what its holding and find peace.

I am fully virtual and work with clients across Michigan and South Carolina. My approaches are grounded in somatic work which bridges the gap between body and mind for deeper healing. I offer intensive sessions and all sessions are considered non-traditional therapy hours. I offer a free consultation to answer questions and ensure that we are a fit before booking. I do not take insurance
