Clients I Work With

I work with adults, teens, first responders, healthcare professionals, and men who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, addiction, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are dependable, high-functioning individuals who feel constantly on edge, mentally drained, or disconnected despite appearing “fine” on the outside. I also support clients navigating grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and difficulty coping with daily stressors. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical, helping clients build emotional awareness, healthier coping skills, resilience, and a greater sense of calm, confidence, and control in their lives.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping clients feel understood while creating meaningful change. I use evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies. I work to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, build emotional awareness, and develop healthier patterns for managing stress, anxiety, trauma, and life challenges. Together, we focus on identifying strengths, improving resilience, and creating realistic goals that support long-term emotional wellness and personal growth.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe healing happens through genuine connection, honesty, and feeling truly understood without judgment. My lived experience as a firefighter, paramedic, and current 911 dispatcher has given me firsthand insight into the stress, trauma, and emotional demands that first responders and helping professionals often carry. I understand the pressure to stay strong while struggling internally, and I value creating a safe, authentic space where clients can openly process their experiences. I believe therapy should be practical, compassionate, and individualized, helping people build resilience, healthier coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges and personal growth.
